helpful staff polite staff excellent service
the staff offered umbrellas when it rained. they arranged a taxi to the airport. they also stored my luggage safely until departure. the staff was polite and friendly (i really appreciated that).
my room was quite small.

the staff assisted with restaurant recommendations. (i really appreciated that) they also arranged travel for me. the hotel is in walking distance to restaurants.

the room i got? super small. i mean, really small. and it didn't even have a window. who designs a room without a window? it reminded me of a closet and it made me mad.
